- Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
- In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified via email in such cases.
- Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery (India): 4-7 business days
- Express Delivery (India): 1-3 business days
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Typically, it takes 7-15 business days for international orders.
Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or customs delays.
- Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders:
- Free shipping on orders above ₹ 2000.
- A flat shipping charge of ₹[X] for orders below ₹ 2000.
- International Orders:
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
- Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.
- Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking link.

- Order Delays & Issues

- Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
- If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund based on the findings.
- Changes & Cancellations
- Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they will be processed and shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
