Return, Refund and Exchange Policy

 

The terms set out herein shall form an integral part of KAN HEALTHCARE (hereinafter referred to as “Company”), Company’s Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The User (hereafter referred to as “User, You, Your, Yours”) acknowledges that these terms of return, refund and exchange are limited to direct sale by the Company from its website, kanhealthcare.in (hereinafter referred to as “Website”) and that these terms of return, refund and exchange are not available in case of sale by third party. The User must make sure that the shipping address and bank account details are complete, true and accurate so as to ensure that the Products are delivered on time and the refunds are initiated without delay. The User accepts and acknowledges that in case of any information required for the purpose of shipping a Product or making refund is not complete, true and accurate and the process of shipping and/or refund has been initiated by the Company, then the Company shall not be held liable for the Product and/or the refund not being received.

 

  1. Returns and Exchange:
    • Products once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned, provided that the Products meet the terms and conditions herein.
    • The Products purchased are eligible for return or exchange if:
      • An incorrect Product has been delivered to User i.e. the Product does not match the Product in the order confirmation email.
      • Damaged Product have been delivered to the User; and
      • You have informed the Company within 5 working days of receipt of order regarding such incorrect or damaged Product.
    • Products marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned.
    • Conditions for Return and Exchange
      • The Product must be returned in its original condition along with the invoice, freebies/gifts/promotional materials (if any) and any other packaging intact sold as a part of the Product.
      • Any Product sought to be returned or exchanged must be unopened and sealed. Products found to be opened or missing invoice will not be qualified for return or exchange. Please note that Company cannot offer exchanges or refunds (if applicable) on any opened or used Product.
      • All exchanges are subject to availability and our specific confirmation.
    • Return and exchange requests shall be subject to verification by the Company and shall be processed within 5 working days of receipt of Product by the Company. It is clarified that the Company reserves the right to seek information, including but not limited to, pictures and videos of the incorrect and damaged product(s) for verification (“verification”). The final decision of determining eligibility of return shall be on the discretion of the Company.
    • In case of return or exchange of Product, the Company shall arrange for reverse pick-up of the Product. If the reverse pick-up service is not available, the User shall self-ship the Product via reliable courier partner to the following address:

  • The cost of return shipping, in case of return or exchange of Product, shall be borne by the User.

 

  1. Changes and Cancellation:
    • Changes or modifications to accepted order are not acceptable.
    • An order can only be cancelled before the dispatch of the Product. Once the order is dispatched, no cancellation request will be entertained. As part of usual business practice, the Company reserves the right to cancel the order, for any reason whatsoever, after giving prior intimation and refund the entire amount back to the User, if the order has not been approved/ processed.
    • We hold the right to cancel or refuse any Your order placed for a Product that is listed with an incorrect price for any technical or manual reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment is made. The entire paid amount shall be refunded and You shall be informed of the same. The refund shall be processed in 5 working days of such cancellation or according to individual bank policies.

 

  1. Refund:
    • Refunds, if any, shall be made to the original mode of payment or bank account of the User, and will be processed within 5 working days from approval by the Company.
    • There will be no refunds in cash, even if the original payment was made in cash.

 

  1. The Company is not responsible for any damage caused after the delivery of Product. Damage due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered this Policy.

 

  1. Discounts applied while purchasing a Product, will not be refunded. Discounts and Promotion Codes are not applicable for exchange.

 

  1. No refund, return or exchange is applicable on any gift or freebies or samples with the purchase.
