  • Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
  • In case of high demand or stock unavailability, processing may take slightly longer. You will be notified via email in such cases.
  1. Estimated Delivery Time
  • Standard Delivery (India): 4-7 business days
  • Express Delivery (India): 1-3 business days
  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Typically, it takes 7-15 business days for international orders.

Note: Delivery timelines may be affected by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or customs delays.

  1. Shipping Charges
  • Domestic Orders:
    • Free shipping on orders above ₹ 2000.
    • A flat shipping charge of ₹[X] for orders below ₹ 2000.
  • International Orders:
    • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.
    • Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees (if applicable) must be borne by the customer.

  1. Order Delays & Issues

  1. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Orders
  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with images of the product and packaging.
  • If your order is lost in transit, we will initiate an investigation and arrange a replacement or refund based on the findings.
  1. Changes & Cancellations
  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 2 hours of placement. After that, they will be processed and shipped.
  • Once an order is shipped, cancellations are not possible. However, you may refer to our Return & Refund Policy for assistance.
